Zeta was originally signed to Agent Florida but during extraction from the Alpha memory unit a glitch occurred causing the Zeta A.I to spilt apart into three version of itself, Omecron, Tau and Zeta. This caused each A.I to be unstable and very weak, the only way for each A.I to survive is for all the A.I to rely on each to survive. The decision to give all three to an agent was heavily debated by the Director and Councillor, the result of three A.I being implanted into one soldier would have been most likely catosophic, they Director choose to give it to someone who could be expandable but at the same time capable to handle the A.I and be able to use them to the maxium ability, the directors Brother-In-Law, Agent Nevada.
